Senior HVAC Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior-level engineer to lead our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently or supervise junior technicians when required.

This is a high-profile role that requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper configuration and safety compliance, diagnosing and repairing issues in air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and extend system lifespan.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues in air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems.
  • Install new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper configuration and safety compliance.
  • Supervise and guide junior engineers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest efficiency improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as an HVAC technician with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
  • Vocational or technical certification in HVAC systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
