Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive innovation and excellence in the semiconductor industry.

This role involves developing data visualization and chart generation using tools like JMP, utilizing data processing tools such as Perl and Python to drive business outcomes, designing and implementing HTML development for data display interfaces, conducting Electrical Failure Analysis diagnostic skills to ensure product reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define wafer level Reliability sampling plans and execute OCAP procedures, driving process improvement initiatives to maximize yield and minimize defects, investigating root cause analysis to resolve complex issues, and developing new Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) capabilities and enhancing existing ones to improve correlation and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science, strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels, a growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, and demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact.
