Senior/Principal Semiconductor Process Innovator

Key Responsibilities
- Lead process modules for 3D NAND semiconductor integrated circuits, defining structural specifications and requirements.
- Drive direction and vision for process modules, fostering continual improvement and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select new materials and drive changes from research to production.
- Design and execute experiments to develop and integrate processes, analyzing data and reporting conclusions.
- Provide team leadership, making key decisions, setting goals, and driving innovation and IP generation.
Requirements
- Passionate about semiconductor technology and innovation.
- Adept at data analysis, problem-solving, and process integration optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in scripting/programming/engineering/business intelligence/Analytics software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in the Process Areas or Process Integration.
- In-depth knowledge and direct experience with non-volatile memories (NAND) along with good understanding of the NAND process flow.
Education
BS, MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or a related field.
