About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Chinese Language Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language lessons to students, planning and executing educational activities, and providing guidance to junior teachers.

Responsibilities
- Present engaging lessons using visual and audio media to facilitate student learning
- Provide individualized instruction through interactive learning approaches
- Plan and create educational materials aligned with MOE's requirements
- Assess and record student progress, providing grades and constructive feedback
- Supervise junior teachers and participate in regular meetings
- Plan and execute educational activities and events
- Organize seminars and conferences to promote academic excellence

Requirements
- Extensive experience as a teacher, preferably in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of current teaching methodologies and practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Well-organized and committed to achieving academic excellence
- Creative and energetic approach to teaching and learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Adobe Illustrator
- Recognized Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, accompanied by a NIE certificate or equivalent

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is SGD $80,000 - SGD $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
