We are seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

An innovative Wealth Management Client based in Singapore is looking for a DevOps Engineer to spearhead the development and implementation of their Analytics Workbench (AWB) project. As part of their Data Technology Operations Masterplan (DTOM), AWB aims to address the challenges faced by quantitative strategists, including data silos, limited collaboration, and difficulties in scaling.

AWB will be powered by Databricks' Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), consolidating all analytics capabilities into a single platform. This will streamline data processes, enhance collaboration, and reduce dependence on custom-built applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of strong DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD pipeline and artifact repository management.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in artifact repository management systems like Jfrog, Nexus.
  • Strong Linux administration skills and Shell scripting expertise.
  • Experience in software engineering in at least one of these programming languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, .NET.
  • Experience in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
  • EKS experience with Helm.
  • AWS experience with solid understanding of Cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse engineering teams.
  • Strong team-player mindset focused on leveraging experience to help the team succeed.
