Project Leadership Role

A skilled and driven professional is required to lead high-impact real estate projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued success.

The successful candidate will oversee the design development process, ensuring timely deliverables of quality in both new built and A&A projects.

Maintaining an overview of project status, including cost control, procurement lead time, construction progress, and stakeholder management, is also a key responsibility.

Additionally, the Project Leader will effectively manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications, quality standards, and time frames.

Requirements include a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent, minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in managing construction projects, and contract administration skills.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, adaptable, and able to problem-solve with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in hospitality and commercial projects is preferred.
