We are seeking a Senior Presales Network Consultant (Japanese Speaking) to provide consultation, solutions, and product knowledge to support Japanese speaking clients and sales teams.
Responsibilities- Identify customer business requirements/technical requirements and generate sales opportunities with proper solutions.
- Design right solutions to achieve customer business outcomes and maximize customer investment and satisfaction.
- Present solutions to customers and prepare technical offers and their costs.
- Keep updated with market trends to address customer business/technical requirements and find right new products/services to enhance existing focus solutions.
- Work closely with focus technology/business partners, building and growing business relationships.
- Handover ordered projects to post-sales teams.
- Retain and upsell services to customers.
- 5 years of IT experience in Network scope of work.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Skills in one or more of the following areas: Cisco Data Center technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN.
- Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current technologies.
- Good verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients, Japan counterparts, and Japan headquarters.
