Chief Technology Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Technology Strategist to drive the development of our information systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that meet our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering, computer science, and related fields. You will work closely with technical staff to assess our current systems architecture and recommend solutions to improve it.

You will be responsible for resolving technical problems as they arise and providing guidance to development teams. Your role will also involve continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.

You will inform stakeholders about any problems with our current technical solutions and assess the business impact of certain technical choices. Finally, you will provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes and progress.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
  • Previous project management experience is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages.
  • SOUND knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
