Job Overview:

Frontier Healthcare Holdings Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Operations Manager to join its team. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our medical centre, aligning with the company's strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and operations, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities (80%):

  • Report to the Head of Operations Department in HQ and assist the Clinical Head in all tasks related to medical centre operations.
  • Manage the operations and KPIs of various sections within the centre.
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to all staff within the centre.
  • Effectively manage risk and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and drive changes to enhance the performance of centre operations.
  • Regularly gather feedback from patients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with HQ and the Clinical Head to disseminate relevant key messages and marketing information to patients.
  • Monitor and drive operational and financial performance of the centre.
  • Ensure that all centre operations meet relevant government and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all clinical and operational KPIs of the clinic are met or exceeded.

Secondary Responsibilities (20%):

  • Engage with public, private, and community healthcare or business entities to explore collaborations or partnerships.
  • Review marketing and pricing strategies in conjunction with HQ.
  • Assist the Clinical Head in reviewing policy and procedure manuals on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Possess a relevant university degree.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare administration and operations.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Possess good supervisory and management skills.
  • Possess good listening and communication skills.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess good Microsoft Office IT skills - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
