Job Role Overview

The role involves leading a team of analysts and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality valuation reports that are thoroughly researched, scrutinized, and reasoned, with detailed supporting documentation carefully stored.

About The Job Responsibilities

The person in this position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the valuation process for multiple real estate assets. This includes conducting thorough market research on various real estate sectors and projects relevant to the valuation works.

Additionally, the successful candidate will perform valuations using established valuation methods in accordance with industry standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities
  • Participate in leadership meetings to support execution and delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Lead project pitches, client meetings, phone calls, and presentations and delegate tasks to team members with proper guidance, coaching, and training
  • Effectively manage risk identified through enterprise risk management programs and quality risk management policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams regarding in-house valuations of assets to ensure pricing accuracy
  • Collect, record, and analyze market data which may be used as part of research and consultancy projects
Requirements And Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, valuation, or a related field. Additionally, qualified RICS professionals will have an advantage. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results under the guidance of senior staff.
