Job Title: Beverage Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Operations Manager to spearhead our bar operations and drive exceptional guest experiences through innovative cocktail programming, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service and consistently high standards of beverage quality.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders and bar staff.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships for the bar.
- Develop and maintain a premium beverage menu in line with industry best practices.
- Uphold all relevant regulations, including hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Maintain financial performance of the bar, focusing on cost control and revenue generation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in an upscale environment.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and beverage trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
