We are seeking a proactive and passionate professional to lead security operations in a residential setting.

This role requires the ability to collaborate with various teams, evaluate and integrate new security technologies, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of emergency response, risk assessment, and access control systems, as well as proven leadership skills in supervising and motivating security teams.

The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and visitor movements, submitting regular reports and data analysis, and documenting drills, emergency responses, and policy breaches thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations and IT teams to evaluate and integrate new security technologies.
  • Supervise third-party contractors for security system maintenance.
  • Participate in cross-dorm benchmarking initiatives and contribute to inter-operator drills or best practice forums.
  • Ensure all security data are managed with confidentiality and data security protocols.
  • Support audit readiness by preparing documentation and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote sustainable and efficient security practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a residential or institutional setting.
  • Strong understanding of emergency response, risk assessment, and access control systems.
  • Proven leadership in supervising and motivating security teams.
  • Proficiency in surveillance technology and incident reporting tools.
