Job Title: Built Environment Manager
In a built environment, managers are responsible for overseeing and guiding construction projects. Their primary goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all relevant quality standards.
About this role:
You will be responsible for managing construction sites, supervising teams of workers, and coordinating with various stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and clients. Your main objective will be to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and maintain the safe progress of building work
- Supervise and coordinate activities at the project site
- Ensure the deadline for completing work is met
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- A Diploma or higher in Building Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in site management
- Good communication and organizational skills
About you:
- You have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- You are able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- You are proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively
