The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated AI & Automation Application Developer who will design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using low-code platforms. You will work with various data sources, including structured (SQL) and unstructured data (NoSQL, APIs, text files), to analyze and automate processes. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau or QlikView to visualize data and automation performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement automation workflows using low-code platforms.
• Query and manipulate structured and unstructured data for analysis and automation.
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize data and automation performance.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models into workflows using tools like OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Work with vector databases and implement RAG pipelines.
• Prototype and deploy AI solutions in sandbox/staging environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to re-engineer processes and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with low-code automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with dashboards and AI tools.
• Prior experience in financial services or banking is preferred, along with knowledge of regulatory compliance and process re-engineering.
