Pharmacist Position

We are seeking qualified pharmacists to provide professional pharmaceutical care and support clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispensing Medications: Dispense medications accurately and safely according to legal and clinical guidelines
  • Professional Advice: Provide professional advice to patients and healthcare providers on medications, dosages, side effects, and interactions
  • Support Services: Support chronic disease management and ambulatory care services
  • Leadership Roles: Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceuticals
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits, stock takes, and monitor expiry dates
  • Operations Support: Assist in clinic pharmacy operations, staff scheduling, and report generation
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with local regulatory and licensing requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree and Registration: Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the relevant council
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid Form A license with the Health Sciences Authority
  • Experience: 3–5 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and counselling skills
  • Work Environment: Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Continuing Development: Committed to continuing professional development (CPD) and ongoing training
