The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Sales and Procurement Coordinator to support our LMG Spare Parts business unit.

This role involves coordinating sales and procurement activities, including creating invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions, submitting invoices to customers, and reconciling payables and receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions
  • Submit invoices to customers
  • Reconcile payables and receivables on a monthly basis
  • Process quotations for spare part inquiries from customers
  • Process orders/POs from customers
  • Open SO/WO for customers
  • Coordinate with CS France on delivery schedules, missing parts, and wrong parts delivery for customer orders
  • Process customer requirements for Certificate of Origin/Quality
  • Open proforma invoices for customer orders on advance payment
  • Check payment details transactions with the bank - Accounting

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Admin and accounting
  • 2 years' experience in similar position will also be considered
