Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Attend handover inspections with landlords/clients to ensure site readiness for commencement of works.
  • Study project schedules and plan site works for daily supervision/management.
  • Check and ensure all workers on site have valid work permits/passes.
  • Ensure that works are carried out according to schedule or on target for completion.
  • Purchase and maintain materials as required.
  • Ensure workers adhere to safety rules and maintain a safe and hygienic site environment.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior renovations/construction fields.
  • Effective supervision and coordination of workers/sub-contractors.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Initiative and responsible attitude with a positive mindset.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Construction management software skills (e.g. MS Project).
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
