Job Overview: Senior Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Technology team in Singapore. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-Discovery, Computer Forensics, or Technology, with excellent technical skills and experience working with data preservation hardware tools, data analysis software, and industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist on all phases of e-discovery and investigations projects, including data collection, processing, conversion, analysis, quality control, import, and other specialized tasks.
  • Coordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements.
  • Manage any project-related queries and issues and provide solutions/workarounds.
  • Liaise and communicate daily with other teams and manage expectations on client requests.
  • Customer service oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Solid experience of working in an e-Discovery, Computer Forensics, or Technology related role.
  • Solid experience with data preservation hardware tools such as FastBloc or the Tableau range.
  • Solid experience with data preservation and analysis software such as Encase, FTK, or XWays.
  • Solid experience in using SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience in processing data in Nuix or equivalent data processing platforms.
  • Familiarity with personal computer and server hardware, operating systems, and software.
  • Degree in a technology-focused subject such as computer science, forensic computing, or information systems, or equivalent experience in professional services firms.
