We are seeking a skilled and motivated warehouse professional to join our global logistics network. This role offers the chance to shape your career by contributing to and making a real difference in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe, high-quality work environment by adhering to established processes and protocols.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency through regular 5S audits.
  • Execute warehousing activities, including receiving, shipping, and cycle counting, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct visual inspections and report any discrepancies or exceptions from shipments.
  • Support supervisors in achieving all required performance indicators.
  • Perform general warehousing duties, such as data entry, stock management, material handling, and documentation control.
  • Guarantee accurate and timely submission of all necessary documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and their implementation.
  • Continuously strive for higher performance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office applications.
  • Effective communication with overseas vendors is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage due to business communication nature.
  • Experience with value-added services (e.g., kitting, labeling, packing).
  • Forklift license or knowledge of MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is advantageous.
  • Applicants should be physically capable of handling items weighing 25kg or more.
  • Eligibility for overtime and shift allowance.
  • 1-year renewable contract.
