Job Title: Operations Manager.

We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to fill the role of Operations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sea Freight Import/Export Operations and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring all assigned duties are carried out in a timely manner. This includes supervising and managing team members for attendance or work-related queries, handling feedbacks and complaints, and solving problems.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Supervisor will be expected to:
  • Familiar with Sea Freight Import/Export Operations in a warehouse/logistic setting.
  • Ability to step in and handle overall warehouse operations when required.
  • Responsible for daily activities to ensure all assigned duties are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and manage team members for attendance or work-related queries.
  • Able to handle feedbacks and complaints and solve problems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Loading and unloading goods (including manual work).
