We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Tuas Link 1. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems while providing administrative support to our supervisor.

Estimated Salary: SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours (at least 3 days a week) with the possibility of discussing alternative arrangements. The normal working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Working location is at Tuas Link 1.

Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative support: Provide administrative support to the supervisor, including coordinating production administrative tasks and handling other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail: You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to understand process flow: You should be able to comprehend and follow established processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Benefits:
