At AIA, we are committed to creating a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. As we continue to grow our private assets business, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our Private Markets Service Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for our private investments. This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Monitoring and broadcasting capital calls and distributions in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date GP Portal access and GP contact list;
  • Handling capital call and distribution workflows and ensuring trades are booked by responsible parties;
  • Setting up new investments in our FO System and MO System;
  • Serving as a contact point with GPs on capital call, distribution and undrawn commitment queries;
  • Providing information to relevant portfolio managers to support input into Bloomberg AIM;
  • Providing instructions to the Core Operations team for cash transfers between portfolios, where required, to ensure cash is available to fund investments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end investment processes, controls and technologies for private assets. They will also have experience in working and communicating with external service providers and fund managers, as well as the ability to design and implement new or enhanced processes and controls.
