We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of the contract management team, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to our projects, from initial calculations to final figures.
About the Role:- Develop and implement cost management strategies to minimize project costs and enhance value for money.
- Manage and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction professionals, clients, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare and submit cost reports, budget analyses, and other financial documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
- Analyze outcomes, write detailed progress reports, and provide recommendations for future projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
