Kitchen Team Member Job Summary

\

The role of a kitchen staff member is to prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions. They must ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and clean at all times.

  • Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipe cards.\
  • Pack cooked food for delivery and distribution based on given instructions.\
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, kitchenware and equipment at all times.\
  • Receive inventories from suppliers and ensure proper storage conditions.\
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the outlet manager.\

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidates must be Singaporeans or permanent residents.\
  • Possess a valid food safety course level 1 certification.\
  • Able to commit on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.\
  • Able to multitask and handle busy service periods independently.\
  • Candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply.\
