Customer Service Ambassador

Our restaurant is seeking a friendly and efficient Service Crew to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing queues, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a polite and courteous manner
- • Manage queues efficiently to minimize waiting time
- • Take orders via POS system, serve customers promptly, and clear tables in a timely manner
- • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable
- • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- • Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, adhering to health and safety standards
- • Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage but not essential
- Candidates must be comfortable working on shift rotation and willing to learn and adapt to new tasks
