Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee engineering projects, manage production teams and ensure high-quality standards in precision manufacturing.


About the Job
  • Lead daily operations and production planning for the technical team.
  • Oversee design, fabrication and inspection of precision components such as jigs & fixtures and automation parts.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD designs and specifications.
  • Supervise installation, testing and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production, QA/QC and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in precision engineering or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge in mechanical systems, machining processes and fabrication methods.
  • Familiarity with CNC machines, jigs, fixtures and automation systems.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading daily operations and production planning for the technical team. He/She will oversee the design, fabrication and inspection of precision components, review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD designs and specifications, supervise the installation, testing and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment, liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance, ensure compliance with quality standards, collaborate with production, QA/QC and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency, and identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
