Job Description
As a Retail Marketing Assistant, you will develop creative promotions, seasonal themes, and visual merchandising ideas to roll out attractive in-store displays, signage, and point-of-sale visuals. You will also monitor campaign performance and adjust based on insights and foot traffic trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have great communication skills and enjoy working with internal teams, mall partners, and customers. You should also be confident in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and be detail-oriented and organized with strong execution skills.

Bonus Points if You:
Have experience with pop-ups, lifestyle brands, or retail activations; know how to work basic design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.; can take great photos/videos or have an eye for content creation; are familiar with retail trends in Singapore and what catches attention in-store.
