Job Title: Reliability Manager

As a reliability manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. Your expertise in reliability analysis and lab support will be essential in providing solutions to complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate-wide standards and strategies for reliability analysis and lab support.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of senior engineers and engineers to achieve corporate goals in Back End of Line (BEOL) intrinsic reliability.
  • Establish and execute reliability test methodology to assess reliability failure mechanisms and lifetime.
  • Define and execute benchmarked reliability test plans for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests, and line issues.
  • Drive conformance to quality certification standards requirements.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of relevant experience in reliability tests.
  • Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering (Electronics, Materials or Physics) or Science.
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication, ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Team player with good people skills.
  • Good technical and problem-solving skills.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in reliability engineering, wafer fabrication, and quality management.

This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under tight project timelines.
