Structural Design Specialist

As a key member of our team, the structural design specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with engineers to create and refine architectural and structural plans using cutting-edge CAD software.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and have a strong understanding of construction principles. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural and/or structural plans for various projects.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project requirements.
  • Produce accurate and timely documentation for contractors, including as-built drawings and construction plans.
  • Assist in site surveys and incorporate site data into drawings when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
