Job Description

We seek an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead our strategic growth, operational excellence, and market leadership. As the primary decision-maker and visionary, you will shape corporate strategy, build high-performance teams, foster stakeholder trust, and deliver sustainable value to shareholders, customers, and employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term strategy aligned with company vision, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee P&L, budgeting, fundraising, and capital allocation to ensure profitability and scalability.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize organizational structure, processes, and systems to maximize efficiency and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison to the Board, investors, partners, regulators, and the public.
  • Talent & Culture: Attract, develop, and retain top-tier leadership talent; cultivate a culture of accountability, diversity, and agility.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Risk Governance: Mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks; ensure compliance and ethical standards.
  • Brand Advocacy: Elevate company visibility as a thought leader and champion of industry transformation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record of 15+ years of executive leadership experience, including 5+ years as CEO/President/GM in a [e.g., VC-backed startup/public corporation/SME] within [industry].

Strategic acumen: demonstrated success in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth (>$X million), and navigating market disruptions.

Financial expertise: mastery of financial modeling, fundraising (VC/PE/IPO), and fiscal governance.

Operational rigor: experience optimizing operations, technology, and product development in fast-paced environments.

Leadership excellence: history of building inclusive, high-performing cultures and mentoring C-suite talent.

Stakeholder savvy: exceptional communication skills with Boards, investors, global teams, and media.

Education: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
