Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Executive to join our Centralised Programme Coordination Team. As a Programme Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring that programmes are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
  • Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.
  • Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
  • Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
  • Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
  • Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
  • Manage programme budgets and resources.
  • Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in programme coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
