Experienced Construction Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for our construction operations. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and a deep understanding of construction-related procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Oversee overall site management for construction and installation of projects;
- Execution Planning: Develop detailed site execution plans;
- Schedule Management: Develop site execution schedules, including milestones;
- Safety Management: Define site safety management procedures and measures, and ensure effective implementation of safety regulations;
- Project Reporting: Organize site meetings and report project status, including progress, quality, and weekly reports;
- Permit Management: Responsible for planning and management of Singapore authority related permits, such as Building plan approval, TOP, etc;
- Coordination: Coordinate with professional engineers, subcontractors, material suppliers, owners, main contractors, etc. to ensure timely handling of site issues;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Building or Construction Management;
- Minimum 8 years of industry building field/pharma industry construction management experience;
- Proven ability to negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficient in procurement systems and relevant tools;
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and construction standards;
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage;
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends if required by site progress;
