About the Position
As a Program Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of production schedules, ensuring alignment with company and external manufacturing goals. You will also be responsible for:
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external manufacturing partners.
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure external manufacturing performance.
  • Providing guidance and support to external manufacturing teams on process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing process improvements, and analyzing data to inform business decisions is also essential. In addition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
