Job Title: Motor Finance Coordinator

About the Role:

This position involves working in a dynamic team to coordinate motor finance operations. Key responsibilities include verifying customer documents, collaborating with sales teams, and managing loan disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify supporting documents received from customers to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to resolve pending or aged cases.
  • Notify and follow-up with external parties on outstanding cases.
  • Process and submit loan disbursements to bank partners promptly and accurately.
  • Manage and support portfolio's monthly interest calculations and follow-up with relevant parties.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and contact customers as reminders.
  • Consolidate data on a regular basis to assist with reporting and maintenance of dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level/NITEC or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy and speed/accuracy in data entry.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Good time management to meet daily cut-off timings.
