Job Overview

The successful candidate will be involved in studying fundamentals of membrane contact remodelling using fission yeast S. pombe and pathogenic C. albicans as models.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires live cell imaging, analysis of cellular/molecular data, and assistance in manuscript and grant writing.

  • Conduct experiments on cellular biology and biochemistry, including protein purification and Co-IP.
  • Analyse data to draw associations and contribute to the development of new research ideas.
  • Support the preparation of manuscripts and grants for funding.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A fresh PhD graduate from a recognized university.
  • At least one first-author research paper in an international peer-reviewed journal.
  • Experience in cell biology and biochemistry, with added advantage if you have experience in protein purification, Co-IP, etc.
What We Offer

The salary range for this position is SGD 70,000 - SGD 90,000 per annum, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.

You will also receive annual leave, medical benefits, and flexi-benefits.
