
Payroll and Recruitment Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our recruitment efforts, ensure timely payroll processing, and handle various administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will contribute to the recruitment process by preparing job postings, contacting suitable candidates, arranging interviews, and coordinating staff uniform collection.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, including handling employee clearance for resignations and terminations, managing work pass applications, and monitoring company quota.
- Oversee employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, providing general HR and administrative support to ensure seamless transitions.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and admin duties assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements:
- Minimum N-level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll processing and recruitment, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and payroll software, preferably Info-Tech.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and take on ad-hoc job scopes when required.
