Culinary Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in food preparation and cooking under supervision
  2. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
  3. Properly store food items and assist with stock rotation
  4. Support the team with preparation tasks like chopping, portioning, and plating
  5. Participate in cleaning duties and washing dishes as required
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by senior staff
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred
  2. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  3. Ability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  4. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Physical stamina to stand for long periods
  6. Passion for food and willingness to learn
  7. Strong communication skills and positive attitude
