We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at FOMO PAY PTE. LTD.

About Us:

FOMO PAY PTE. LTD., a member of FOMO Group, is an investment and asset allocation platform for corporate and individual investors to build a portfolio of direct investments in various public and private market instruments. We combine advanced financial technologies with comprehensive service throughout the investment and development horizon, assisting in connecting and enabling cash and treasury management, and assisting mid or late-stage high growth companies with accredited investors and strategic buyers globally across key industry sectors.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with expertise in client conversion, lead nurturing, relationship management, and sales growth. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Conversion and Acquisition: Identify and convert existing client base and seek new clients and business opportunities.
  • Lead Nurturing: Cultivate relationships with current leads and convert them into investment clients.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Conduct client meetings to understand their needs.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets. Develop and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Prepare and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry (preferably with a CMFAS licence holder).
  • Knowledge of the Securities & Futures Act, its relevant notices and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with local and international clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
