Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in managing and resolving major incidents. Your role will involve overseeing the entire incident management process, from initial response to resolution, ensuring that all services are restored promptly and efficiently.

You will work closely with multiple internal teams to restore services when incidents occur, gather required experts to perform root cause analysis for problem resolution, and collaborate with senior management to ensure that the problem management process is effective.

Additionally, you will oversee the change management process, ensuring that it is executed flawlessly and that service level agreements are met. You will also drive IT IPC contract/service provider's performance for IT operations and establish improvement plans as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience and capability to interact with senior management.
  • Able to manage different priorities and welcome new challenges.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices policies to obtain solutions.
