About this role:
We are seeking a seasoned ERP / Odoo Developer Lead to drive digital transformation across our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing application modules that support business operations across production, warehouse, procurement, employee cafeteria, and IoT integration. Your work will significantly contribute to process automation, cost optimization, and system intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design systems.
  • Develop applications or customize modules in the ERP / Odoo system using Python and XML.
  • Design and optimize database schemas to ensure efficient data access and system stability.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between the ERP system and other internal platforms.
  • Manage source code using Git, including code reviews, version control, and branch management.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, coordinate development resources, and resolve technical issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant software development experience, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of database systems in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frontend development and basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with REST API / JSON-RPC integrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, especially procurement, inventory, and production scheduling.
• Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Strong communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of full-stack Web programming languages, including Python, Java Script, etc.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in Odoo ERP development or implementation.
  • Knowledge or experience in finance, inventory management, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data transformation.
  • Experience with end-to-end enterprise system implementation.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application.
  • Experience with SAP Business One integration via Integration Layer using SOAP or Service Layer (REST API).
