Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at RMA Contracts Pte. Ltd. as a Help Desk Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless IT operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Troubleshooting and Support: Provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting services, including monitoring of service levels and coordination with internal and external IT service partners.
  • Process Management: Manage processes and data to meet quality service and customer satisfaction standards, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of IT issues.
  • Data Analysis and Maintenance: Collect, analyze, and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit, and governance.
  • IT Asset Management: Manage IT assets, including storage and accounting of laptops, coordination with partners for stocktake, maintenance, and top-up of centralized asset pools.
  • IT Hardware Token Management: Manage IT hardware tokens, including collection, destruction, and distribution of cards to users.
  • IT Account Management: Manage IT accounts, including coordination with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disabling, and deletion in accordance with prevailing IT and security policies.
  • IT Provisioning and Induction: Provide IT provisioning and induction services to new hires on their first day of work, issuing IT devices and orienting them on usage of accounts and devices based on IT policies.
  • IT Project Support: Support the rollout of IT projects/initiatives, including coordination with stakeholders and employees, data progress tracking, and facilitation of IT configuration changes and account access rights based on prevailing IT security policies.
  • User Education and Guidance: Educate and guide users on IT policies, processes, and their responsibilities in managing IT devices and accounts.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in IT/Computing/Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience.
  • Skills and Experience: Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g., Excel) and ITIL foundation training will be advantageous.
Benefits
  • Location: Central & West (Must be comfortable working at 3 different locations).
  • Salary: $2,600 - $2,900.
  • Performance Bonus.
  • Annual Leave: 14 Days.
  • Contract Duration: 5 years (Yearly Renewable).
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subject to team lead).
