Financial Operations Specialist

PALO IT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes, delivering financial insights, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner, monitor and follow-up on outstanding payments, and maintain a cordial working relationship with clients.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Review and process employee expenses and third-party supplier invoices, building effective relationships with vendors.
  • Singapore Monthly Financial Closing: Take charge of Singapore monthly financial reporting, provide analysis and escalation, and assist in controlling costs and identifying areas for potential savings.
  • Singapore Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, principles, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize between different requirements.
  • Independent, resourceful, and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Xero.
