Senior Plant Operations Specialist

The Senior Engineer, Facility is a key member of our plant management team, responsible for overseeing the upgrading and expansion projects to ensure timely completion within budget. This role involves strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and technical expertise to drive successful project outcomes.
About You- You hold a Diploma in either Facility Engineering or Project Management and have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Compressed Air Systems, Clean Room Systems, Air Condition Systems, or other plant facilities equipment maintenance and operating knowledge in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to perform preventive maintenance activities, repair/breakdown maintenance, building and ground services to minimize disruptions to operations and meet regulatory requirements and service standards.
- Monitor utility capacity utilization and plan for future expansion to meet growing utilities and facility needs.
- Evaluate critical systems to ensure they are built and operated in conformance to regulatory standards, system specifications, and SOPs.
- Implement lean energy programs and drive improvements in energy efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
