Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive, Operations Support

Our team is seeking an exceptional Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic organization. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business objectives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in contract management, governance, financial evaluation, procurement, and bid activities. This includes:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating with the Legal department to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Conducting financial analysis, preparing budgets, and monitoring financial performance to support business decision-making.
  • Preparing reports, acting as meeting secretariat, and developing procedures and protocols for effective governance.
  • Managing purchase requisitions, liaising with the procurement department, and ensuring timely invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
