About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Management System (BMS) Specialist to join our team at Carrier. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our BMS/IVU/Web Control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out monthly preventive and maintenance works, ad-hoc routine checks, diagnose issues, retrieve raw data, and perform system back-ups and restorations.
  • Record servicing and maintenance data, generating servicing reports as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and requests, following up on repairs and troubleshooting works.
  • Develop and implement solutions to upgrade and improve system functionality, aiming to reduce overall building energy consumption.
  • Offer technical and operational guidance, providing engineering solutions to maintain the BMS system.
  • Perform weekly standby hotline duties, responding to calls and attending to site complaints.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of BMS/IVU/Web Control Systems.
  • Familiarity with Instrumentation HVAC/ACMV control systems, including AHU, VAV, FCU, Chillers, and HRU.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with BMS/PLC/HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical drawing software.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
