Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to fill a key position in our company's financial leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the effective management of cash, investments, and funding activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, with expertise in cash management, trade finance, and financial analysis. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management:
    • Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize costs.
    • Manage daily cash balances, ensuring accurate forecasting and allocation of funds.
    • Monitor and analyze cash flow trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Trade Finance:
    • Provide trade finance support to trading platforms/desks, reducing exposure to various types of risks.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of trade finance activities.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions, identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in treasury operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, particularly commodity and foreign exchange markets.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
