KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute designs utilizing proprietary adsorption tools.
  • Generate simulation files for SRU/TGU catalysts using Hysys software.
  • Create simulation files for HPC with in-house applications.
  • Develop technical proposals to satisfy customer RFQ specifications.
  • Deliver on-site assistance for catalyst and adsorbent installation and initiation.
  • Assist business managers with technical inquiries.
  • Address technical challenges promptly and efficiently, either on-site or remotely.
  • Formulate and implement a technical services strategy to fulfill customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional on-site technical services while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Compile Technical Service Visit Reports.
  • Prepare various technical documents and presentations for both internal and customer use, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance value-added services related to technical support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant industries such as oil refining and petrochemicals.
  • In-depth understanding of Chemical Engineering principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of refining and petrochemical operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
