We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at 4S. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the care of residents, developing and implementing programs and activities for their well-being, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Care
    • Plan and supervise the care of residents to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
    • Develop and implement programs and activities to promote the well-being and quality of life of residents.
  • Facility Maintenance
    • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, including equipment and premises.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work 4 nights per week, 11 hours per shift (8pm to 8am).
  • Night shift allowance.
  • Willingness to comply with our Standard Operating Procedure when discharging duties.
