As a seasoned Procurement Specialist, you play a vital role in ensuring seamless procurement processes. Your expertise in sourcing quality goods at optimal prices and quantities is essential to achieving our strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include purchasing quality goods, preparing purchase orders, requesting quotations, and reviewing requisitions. You will also be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and following up on undelivered goods.

Maintaining accurate records of purchases, costs, and inventories is crucial to your success. Additionally, you will need to resolve defective goods or service issues with suppliers and track market trends to plan strategic purchases.

To excel in this position, you will require strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is preferred, but not necessary. Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management is also highly desirable.
