Job Title: Speech Therapist Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Speech Therapist at our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-standard care to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

  • Provide clinical guidance and consultation to enhance the quality and standards of rehabilitation services.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Deliver direct clinical services to both general and specialized patient groups.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices through development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Lead and coordinate the rehabilitation team to ensure efficient manpower utilization and delivery of high-standard care.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and discussions focused on clinical standards and service improvements.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of individual staff training and development plans.
  • Coordinate departmental training initiatives and contribute to service expansion and capability building.
  • Support and participate in research projects and other service development activities.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Therapy or equivalent.
  • Must hold a qualification recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Strong clinical expertise, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Committed to patient care, professional development, and continuous improvement.
